The front office staff was very helpful and extremely patient. I was working extremely long hours and they were able to understand the delay in providing needed formal documentation on my renter's insurance. They provided professional reminders via several means of communication without ever sounding impatient or unprofessional.

Great staff great location. Everything is just great about the place. Big rooms nice refurbishment. Just outstanding compared to anything else I have seen in the area.

Great place to live! Molly my leasing consultant was wonderful and very professional! She has been very helpful and prompt if there was an issue. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends.

Jennifer Davidson, Tina Thornton and the entire Montierra staff are exceptional! They always work with you and are extremely positive. The Montierra staff responds promptly to all requests which is greatly appreciated! This was by far the very best experience I have ever had living in a residential complex! Extraordinary Job!

While we've not needed it often, kudos for the prompt maintenance we've received over the years. And though the Montierra is pricey, it's been a convenient place to live.

I absolutely love this apartment community! Tina and the rest of the office staff are always smiling and so attentive. Maintenance is equally friendly and ready to help. I'm sad to leave. If my needs change in the future, I'd be happy to call Montierra home again.

Doing business with Equity Residential / Montierra has been a fist class experience. The community is well maintained, well managed and overall a wonderful place to call home. The office staff has been amazing, specifically, Jennifer Davidson and Molly Evans, they have gone above and beyond to accomidate all our needs. We are sad to go but hope to return in the future.

I have lived here for almost 6 months and I've enjoyed the community. Location was very important to me and this apartment was close to the freeway and close to work. The other great amenities were additional bonus. The staff in the leasing office are very nice and easy to talk to. Thank you....
