Out of all the places I lived in and visited during apartment searches, this place is leaps and bounds ahead of all the others. I am continually impressed with Equity Residentals customer service. It was the main reason I decided to rent with them. The facilities are very well maintained. And the group is very responsive. I truly love living here!

My experience with this apartment community has been exceptional. The office and maintenance staff are extremely personable, helpful and professional. The activities and amenities are fantastic. The location is central to the highways, grocery shopping, banking, medical care and quite a few other offerings in Mission Valley/Grantville.

Although alittle on the expensive side, La Mirage is a nice place to live. The basic atmosphere is of a private resort. Plenty of options on how to spend the days that your not working to pay the rent. I presonally have not had any bad experiences living here and would live here again.

I have met some great people that I will never forget. Most of the people we have met in the hot tub. It's a good social place to meet people in the community. The security guards wouldn't mind coming out anytime of the night. If the complex had any problems I got emails about the situation. The people in the office were nice if I had any problems they tried everything in there power to take care of the situation to make my stay better. The trail I walked my dogs on helped me exercise and keep them in shape. They didn't mind what sizes my dogs were, which was the main reason I moved in. I couldn't find a place in California that did that. The gym was very sufficient to my work out needs. Maintenance people were nice explain what they were doing step by step with no problem. So all together I am extremely satisfied with my stay here. If I wasn't getting transferred I would stay here as long as they would allow me to.

I have greatly enjoyed moving here. The apartments are wonderfully designed and much larger than they appear. The shaggy white carpet though should really be retired from being put into the townhomes. The automatic computer keys that are used to unlock the doors to the pool area are not always working. One of my favorite things is the the secutiry that is always around. It makes me feel much more safe while my husband is away. The pool, gym, coffee house, and all the other bonus features are so wonderful. I have never been so happy to move into a townhome residence before.

Living in La Mirage has been the best leasing experience I've ever had.
