Julie Smith was my leasing associate and she went the extra mile. She really made a difference. There were no vacancies when I first visited Villa Solana, Julie listened to what my needs were and immediately notified me when the aparment I needed became available. Julie is the reason I decided to move to Villa Solana and Iam very happy with my new apartment.

Thea is a great office lady! We loved her on our tour and she was the most helpful, gracious, and understanding person in the whole office. My roommates and I are very happy with the services here so far. I personally love that we can pay rent online!

Julie at Villa Solana in Laguna Hills,CA is amazing she is so welcoming and made me and my husband feel right at home. She has gone above and beyond which really is appreciated from my family. I would recommend this complex to everyone!

My experience has been a good one. The staff is really very warm, yet professioal. It had been a while since I rented on my own so safety was a major concern when I moved in to the complex. Eyvette took the time to place me in an area where she knew I would feel safe and I have. Thanks Villa Staff!

The office staff is amazing. Everyone I met has been so helpful and nice. The maintenance team is the same. Pleasant and helpful as well as timely. I am very happy I chose villa solana so far.

Living at Villa Solana is great place to live and is very affordable. I wouldn't mind renewing my lease next year, however, my concern would be with the upgrades done to the entire apartment complex. Will my lease increase as a result of the upgrades? Other than that, I thank Villa Solana's Team for making a nice place to live.

We have really enjoyed our stay in the community and the service we have received from the staff. Especially from Nicole. We are also excited with the renovation of the apartment complex as it makes us proud to be residents of this community.
