It was really hard to choose one 'most important' factor to living at Sonterra. We are extremely happy living here: the price with the apartment features is amazing, the location is perfect for our family, love the staff. We love living here!

I've had some serious maintenance issues that were not a quick fix, but with Fiorella & Sergio going over and beyond to accommodate my schedule and staying past working hours until the issues were resolved speaks volume of the type of staff at Sonterra.

Love it here at Sontera in Foorhill Ranch. The property and the pool area are always clean and very well maintain. The office service/maintenance it is great and fast.

Overall I like the experience. This is one of the reasons why I am strongly considering remaining within your network when I move in 2011. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I especially liked the breakfast this past week, however, I may suggest start a 1/2 hour earlier. I can't say I am unhappy about making this choice as a place to reside.
