I think that the office staff here in this community has been the most courteous and helpful of any i have come in contact with. they are friendly,helpful and always make me feel very welcome living here.

This is by far the best place to live. I love it here and wouldnt change anything about this property. The staff is the best!!!!! They get rewarded by me for being so great. I take them homemade sweets at least once a week(sometimes more).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Terrace Apartments albeit short. We were in transition between selling our house in Stevenson Ranch Southern Oaks and purchasing a new home. Our stay at Mountain Terrace was the BEST part of the whole move! I would compare it to being on vacation at a wonderful resort! The office staff was responsive to our needs, tremendously helpful and wonderful to deal with! We will miss this apartment and everyone associated with our stay here very much. You will definitely be on our referral list to friends! Thank you so much for everything!

Living here far exceeds my expectations. I have been a home owner for many years so moving to an apt was a huge transition for me. Your staff and maintainence crew make me feel like I definitely made the right choice. My apt has become ' my home' and I am comfortable and feel safe and secure here! Overall, I have loved living at here. The complex is clean and the staff is courteous. Any issues are addressed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living here.

This apartment was a tremendous find as an interim residence before moving into our new house. The stress of being in transition was eliminated. The apartment is so cozy and the community offers so much. It's like being on vacation! Thank you!
