I always feel like someone is at hand at the front desk to answer any questions or queries, and the building is well maintained, kept clean with pleasant staff. I also feel the email correspondence is always very informative, keeping the residents up to date with events and building repairs.

I am moving due to personal and work reasons but have loved this apartment. It is nicely renovated and has all the amenities I need. The leasing office and maintenance teams are also wonderful and helpful people!

Shelly was extremely helpful in so many ways. She was of great help when I was out of town prior to moving in. She answered all of my many many questions promptly and sincerely. She let me send a lot of my furniture prior to move in. The maintenance staff moved a lot of the boxes into my apartment for me.So far living here has been great

Every request my fiancé or I have asked about has been taken care of quickly by Raquel, Victoria, and the rest of the staff here. There was one day that our air conditioning began to leak and we had someone over within 30 minutes to fix it for us. Always available for questions and super friendly too.

Jonathon is absolutely amazing in managing the building and with very few interactions has memorized my name along with many other tenants that is something that is meaningful. Anytime he happens to see you come in the building or stop by the office he always greets you with a smile and a hello.

So far this has been a great place to live, the office staff have always been responsive and helpful when issues arise. My unit is quiet and comfortable and I've had no issues with it to date. An effort to keep the grounds clean is something that I appreciate. I would suggest adding a printer to the business center and updating workout equipment.

I really wanted to give a compliment to the leasing agent Victoria. From the first interaction I had to signing my lease - she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. From answering questions I had to offering helpful advice to the area, Victoria is a true asset to your company that I hope is receiving the recognition she deserves. If I had to choose the reason why I chose the Encore over the other apartments (about a dozen) I looked at it - it would be because of her. I work in customer service and can say with confidence that she demonstrates what customer service embodies.

Beautiful apartments. I have not met any neighbors that were unfriendly or rude. It is kept very clean and small fixes are constantly being made to ensure that the building stays up to standards.

This is my very very first apartment, moving out on my own and I must say it was a very pleasant experience! Victoria in the leasing office is AMAZING and made me feel right at home and very welcome, and made the process for moving my dog in too very painless. Everything was so much easier than I expected!! Chris on maintenance also made my experience moving in very pleasurable. The very first day my AC broke and he came and fixed it same day! He has been very responsive to all my needs in the apartment and I couldn't be happier. Both Chris and Victoria continue to make my experience the best and I really enjoying living here under their care!

Overall I'm very happy with my stay at Encore apartments. Everything is clean, the building is very accessible and easy to navigate around in, and the staff are very friendly and helps. Syona Ghazarian was the leasing agent I worked with, and she's been great -- responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the premises. Also, the 2 security guards (not sure their names) have been very friendly and seem to take their jobs very seriously, which is definitely good. My neighbors have also been friendly, and is there hardly any noise coming from their rooms, which is important to me. So far a great stay!

I'm extremely happy that this placed worked out for me and I hope to continue to live here in the future. I looked for places for months and I visited this location and in the very beginning of my search. After months of searching I ended up right were I started.
