The experience at the West gate apartments have been very positive. Alla and her staff are very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend the West gate to friends and friends. In my opinion the West gate Apartments are the best apartments in Pasadena. Thank you all and God Bless.

The complex is just lovely - well manicured and maintained grounds, beautiful and efficient apartments; we particularly like that it is a 'green,' smoke-free, and dog friendly community. Office staff and maintenance personnel are professional, friendly, efficient, and very responsive. I am eager to show-off my new place and have reserved the Clubhouse already for a housewarming party next month!

The staff is just great. Martha Melendez kept me informed via emails/phone calls about my move-in progress step by step. She made it very easy! Brittany's numerous calls and emails follow ups are very helpful. I feel secure that the staff will be there for me when needed. Thanks Westgate.
