I have loved living here in the Pacific Place community! I’m only leaving because I’m retiring from active duty military service and leaving the state of California! The staff specifically, Toni Greenfield have all been amazing and I haven’t had a single issue living here. I will miss it here.

The team here is absolutely excellent. They are great to work with, put on plenty of fun community events pre covid, and are very responsive to issues each person has. If every rental I have for the rest of my life is staffed by people half as good as the team here, Ill count myself blessed.

The maintenance crew is amazing. They are courteous, kind, and professional. The leasing staff and management are just as great. Friendliest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of having oversee a large apartment complex I live at. I can’t imagine living anywhere else and raising my daughter at!

The process was fast and simple once the documents were submitted. The hardest part was selecting the floor planapartment because they were all desirable. Toni was exceptional didn’t feel bothered requesting a 2nd3rd view. I felt at home from day one when I first toured, and still do. Pacific Place is peaceful - so glad I chose it!

Thank you Pacific Place! We moved in 2 weeks ago and I and my wife are very happy with everything =D. Even with the airport very close to us, this is the quietest place that We lived so far. Also, common areas are being cleaned all the time and look like they are well maintained.

Ive only lived here for 3 weeks approximately however, this place has exceeded my expectations! Im a quiet person who is always working, at the gym, or planning some more work. Being here I am able to do so, I have the space, tranquility, and peace of mind to work on any of my projects with zero distractions.

Such a great place! Very helpful staff - we dealt with Toni for the initial signing and the renewal. We loved working with her and always felt taken care of. Clean facilities. The front office team has always been responsive any time we’ve needed assistance with anything. The maintenance team is also great. They usually complete survey requests and repairs within 24 hours of when we submit them.

We have really only have been in contact with Toni and Aniesha so far and they have been absolutely wonderful people to work with. Toni made sure that we had everything we wanted in a apartment. When we came into get our keys, Aniesha made sure that we were fully satisfied with the apartment! They made moving in so easy simple!

We just wanted to be closer to the Venice Marina area where we work and our kid goes to school. If Pacific Place apartments were in that area, we would definitely be staying. Only thing that brought it down from five stars to four were the plumbing problems. It has been a nice and quiet place to live, staff have been great!

Naturally, nothing is perfect when putting hundreds of humans in close quarters. Yet, in the 2 years weve been at Pacific Place, weve always felt safe, and that Pacific Pace has attracted quite a diverse and wonderful community, and were usually able to connect with the gracious staff in a relatively timely manner.

I love the personalized service. There was a Chihuahua that got away from its owner in the complex. She thought it might be mine and reached out to me. The dog and owner were reunited but I won’t forget how she thought of me.

Even though the people in the office have changed since I moved in a couple years ago, everyone has been nothing short of amazing. I had an amazing experience living here, all of the staff here are incredibly friendly and competent. I am only moving because I want a shorter commute, but if that was not an issue I would be staying. The maintenance team was quick to respond and fix any issues I was having.

Carina was our leasing agent...she was phenomenal!! She was kind, professional, courteous and caring. We've had two maintenance requests since moving in, both were handled very expeditiously! The maintenance gentleman, Jose, was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, professional and courteous! The rents are a little steep, but affordable for the conveniences (W/D, location, A/C). So far, we are very satisfied. Thank you.

I have been very satisfied with the office staff here. They are ready and willing to help with any need or request. They are nice to deal with and quite friendly. I have been very impressed with Jennifer Botello as our community manager. She has a lot on her plate but she never fails to stop and help if there is a request and is very approachable. Zakiya was great and was my deciding factor when it came to picking Pacific Place to be my new residence. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I asked to see the property a few time prior to my move in day and she was sick and not feeling feel and she continued to accommodate me and did it with a smile. I appreciate everything that she has done for me and my family. She is truly a joy to see and Im glad she works on the property. Now I've also had interactions with other staff members and they all have been more than friendly an inviting and seemed pleased to help with a professional and warm personality.

Sarah was amazing (office staff) - she helped me so much and made everything easier. I used to live at Park West and was happy to see that Chad works here now, too! Everyone I've spoken to who works in the office has been nice and helpful. I don't remember their names, but I've had conversations with two security guards and a maintainance person also who were fantastic. I love it here! No complaints

Malinda made the entire move in process so effortless. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. I made one comment about not loving the shower doors in the bathroom and Malinda went above and beyond my expectations and had the doors removed. Bathing my toddler has never been easier! We have been here for almost 9 months, so we started with the prior ownership and now have experienced the new ownership. The new ownership has done a great job in transitioning, and the new staff is very good. We particularly noticed, and appreciate, that the new staff has a customer service attitude, and are all quite professional. Also, when packages are delivered to the office, we like that the new staff retrieves them from the back office for you, rather than allowing you to go back there, search for them yourself, then simply leave with what you found (this always seemed odd to us with the prior company - it certainly was not a secure way to handle package delivery). We will be living here through our lease (ends in June, 2014) as our primary home is being remodeled, but we will not hesitate to recommend Pacific Place to family and friends. Thanks for a great job.
