I had a Very Satisfying experience here at Promenade Terrace. Great community, great staff, both office and maintenance. It was my plan to live at Promenade Terrace until I bought a house, and that happened sooner than expected! Love it here, and would absolutely recommend it to everyone I know.

In addition to the price of my apartment, I am very comfortable living here for a long period of time. As a long time resident, I appreciate the upkeep the complex has provided over the years. The staff is flexible and friendly.

I picked this location due to home feeling of the townhouse apt with all amenities being provided and the landscaping /location also.. the staff at the office was awesome too friendly , not pushy and did everything I asked for...

The General Manager Chris Harrington has done an excellent job making Promenade Terrace a great place to live. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and I love the new carpet/tiles and the refinished countertops. Chris made sure everything was in place so that I would be proud of my home and have nothing to worry about. His staff has always given me the attention that I request and never fall short of their promises. The maintenance team is on point with requests. This is how a community should feel. They make it possible for me to answer Very Satisfied with confidence! Thank you Promenade Terrace, I look forward to calling this place home for years to come!

It has been a pleasant moving experience for my husband and myself. I especially appreciate the patience, kindness and willingness of the office staff members and the manager Chis (Bud) to handle concerns we had. They are very friendly and approachable and seem to care about each residents needs. Thank you all very much. .

Sandra at the leasing office did a great job helping us with our move to Promenade. She was easy to get a hold of and very friendly. I put a deposit down the first day she showed me the apartment. Overall, the experience has been well above average.

While we have worked specifically with Sandra, the whole team at Promenade Terrace is professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. Sandra goes the extra mile with ease as she thoroughly explains all details of the PT property while also explaining details of the community. She was thorough, I never felt that there was a hidden detail that would come out later to haunt me. I felt at ease signing the lease with Sandra's detail orientated and efficient closing process. The office and maintenance staff has quick follow up on all questions and issues and the staff is always friendly, professional and helpful when we stop down. We are so happy with the combination of location, community safety and rent. Sandra and the team at PT have absolutely helped make our move to Cali a pleasant experience. I am glad that the staff in on point with the parking situation/people's use of garages!! It is an issue and am so glad it is being addressed. Also, would love to see ceiling fans in the town home bedrooms in the future. Other than that, keep up the excellent work. I will be happy to recommend PT to any and all responsible, financially stable would be tenants! Thank you for a very satisfying experience!
