David was the reason we leased here. He was friendly, honest and very helpful. To us, the staff at the complexes are our determining factor. We could live without certain amenities. But the sincerity of staff is what matter most.

Overall I am really enjoying my new community. the premisses are well kept and is a very nice and quiet community to live in. keep in mind we have only been here for 2 months but so far is really good to be here.

Want to commend Dave especially. Really pleasant and professional. He should be running the place. Also the maintenance staff are really friendly and skilled.

We are very happy living in the Marquessa community. Not only is the unit that we live in very spacious, the community is so quiet which is a huge part of our decision to move here. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and courteous.

Tiffany at the leasing has been made our move extremely easy, she has been very helpful, anytime we had an issue or question she was able to resolve and/or answer it.

I really enjoyed my stay there at Marquessa. The staff was very nice. I really would like to take the time once again to acknowledge David Willaims for his outstanding service! He really made our life less stressful and very simplistic and in giving a nice tours explaining the incentives and completed the Application and process and getting appoval from his Mgr. Our would like to Thank him for that and the Marquessa staff my stay was wonderful!

I wish you could clone Patrick Valdez - I could use a few of him at my work. He bent over backwards several times for me between 17 May and 17 June, and it turned out to be the best moving experience of my life. The only reason I chose Marquessa over all the other apartment complexes is Patrick Valdez. He never promised me anything, he only suggested options and spoke of maybes, but he delivered every single time. I would not let him go if I were you.

I have been living here for almost 2-years and there are two employees that stand out, Daniel Melendrez and Lauren Boehm! The price/value, location and those 2 staff members make a difference!

Lacey helped my husband and me move in very quickly. She was EXTREMLY helpful with all of our needs. I really enjoy everything this complex has to offer and how friendly the staff and maintence has been. The facilities, especially the gym, are always extra clean. Our apartment is just the right size and the full size washer and dryer was a huge plus! I do love our new home. Thank you for all of your guys' help!

We have lived here for about 8 monthes and love the area and the apartment.. Especially all the things the complex has to offer.I would reccomed marquessa living to all my frinds and family!

The staff is very helpful and informative. I am very satisfied with the maintenace crew as weel, they are very prompt and efficient when it comes to repairs or issues that I have.

Very nice staff. When it comes to fixing any problems they make me feel like I'm their only resident on the property. A++ in my grade book
