I feel safe living here with my kids, the grounds are kept very tidy and clean, maintenance is prompt, and the office staff is quick to help. My daughter has severe allergies and it is very helpful that the air filters are changed monthly at my request, I really appreciate this.

Overall, I am pleased with this apartment community. The office staff is wonderful and I have recommended Equity Residential to a number of my friends and colleagues.

It seems to be a good community. Since I haven't lived in an apartment for many years, I am not sure what to think. The staff are nice, the grounds are pretty. Most of all I love the location!

I made several service requests upon moving in, but they were all taken care within a day, so I am very happy. I really appreciate the staff here. They are great!

Joan Brown handled our move in and move out. She was wonderful throughout both processes, and is a great asset to Equity Residential. We have no complaints about Little Cottonwoods, and would not have moved for years, if it could have been avoided.

Joan and Annie were both very helpful with my move from out of state. Joan was my primary contact, and she went above and beyond before, during, and after my move. The couple of items requiring maintenance were taken care of the same day we moved in. We are very happy with our apartment and hope to live at Little Cottonwoods for many years.

I think the office staff and the maintenance staff are both excellent. They have resolved a couple minor issues effectively and efficiently. I am very pleased. They have been wonderful.

Overall very pleased with the apartments, staff, community and maintenance. Overall the best community I have lived in and would consider coming back if it is in my price range and needed to find an apartment.

We have only lived here for about six months, we love it. The staff and maintanance crew are friendly and outgoing and willing to correct what ever needs it. The overall appearence of the property is clean and always looking good.
