I am extremely happy with the leasing agents at this property. I was contacted by Phil within 2 hrs of my inquiry and did not receive that kind of service from any other property. Furthermore, I also received calls from the leasing staff ensuring that I was satisfied with my apartment. Excellent service!

I am very happy with the staff at the apt. Also the maintance men are very personable like they know our names and always say hi. That means alot to me. I put in a maintance request and they got the job done in a timely manner. Grace is a great office manager she always has a smile and says hi. I love living here because of the safety and the location and the bike trails.

I am just at a point to sign a 3rd year and wondering if it will go up in price each year. while I love it here - I want it to be price right as well. Not fare for new people moving in to have such a better price break when I am having such great loyality. I should get a price break not an increase. right ? Thank you - your staff is the Best ! And the property is awesome. The price should also be consisent and all is well. Have a great day.

I'm very happy that the pool outside our apartment has been fixed when it came to the electrical issue and very happy that they installed a new dishwasher in my apartment since they other one was outdated and stopped working properly.

The office staff and maintenance staff are great. Especially Grace. She tells it the way it is, she's very professional, takes the emotion out of all her decissions and is just pleasant to be around.

I have lived here for a number of years and truly love the staff and that is including the service people. Things get fixed in a timely manner. I love the location and being single I feel safe here in these apt.and the staff is always here to help with my needs. I refer my friends to these apt. They are always clean and kept up with the landscaping.

I appreciate the quality of service and 'sense of urgency' in the way the office and maintenance staff work. Knowing that I can call in the morning, and by the time I return home, the issue is resolved. A great discipline that we would like other companies to follow. Thank you.

Your leasing agent Grace was extremely knowledgable,gracious,and along with the price was instrumental in my choice to rent. She made us feel at ease and comfortable, answered every question and provided quick efficient information. She is an asset to your company. Also the maintenance team are very prompt and competant.
