I love, love, love, love living here. Yes it deserves that many 'loves' as it is the only place I feel like I can call home since I have relocated to Arizona. I look forward to coming home every night because I know I made the best decision in choosing The Highlands.

Tracie Culler - office staff was tremendously helpful during our stay at The Highlands. She went above and beyond her duties to be helpful to our daughter. She moved to Scottsdale from 2,000 miles away, doesn't drive because of a disability and Tracie was VERY HELPFUL, KIND & ACCOMODATING EVERYTIME WE ASK! Equity Residential is lucky to have her for an employee.

I absolutely LOVE living here! Staff is great, maintenance gets the job done right the first time and the premises are open with enough space for my pooch and I to take walks.

I like this community and the service request always get done very fast within 24 hours its amazing most of the time its faster!!!!

The staff here at The Highlands are the the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a leasing office and I have been a renter for many years at many different locations. You guys are always pleasant and efficient which is absolutely the exception when it comes to leasing office staff. I really appreciate it and am glad that I don't have to dread dealing with you but can actually look forward to it.

Easiest move experience ever, I cant believe how much more personnel the staff at the Highlands was compared to my last equity apartment. The staff was very knowledgeable and never had to run back to the head manager 3-4 times to ask questions.
