I was very happy living here. The grounds were always kept up, the pool was clean, the people living here were nice, the staff was always great...very responsive, seemed to remember me and know me by name and service requests were attended to immediately. I would definitely recommend to others.

Dick, maintenance supervisor is excellent at fixing any and all problems. Jessica was wonderful to get us the handicap size garage. That was really helpful.

Office staff is always attentive and friendly. All of my requests have been resolved quickly and the appearance of the property is always beautiful.

The community is fantastic all issues large and small were handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always friendly and ready and willing to help in any way they can! I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and would recommend Montierra to anyone looking for a nice/ friendly place to live!!

Staff and maintenance are very professional. Nearly all of the problems or concerns I've had have been dealt with promptly. I LOVE where I live! Its very clean and safe. The interior of the apartment was well thought out when building. Windows in all the right places to create a charming feel and allows for natural light in all rooms. So thankful to have found this apartment community:)

The office staff is one of the best I've ever had in my many years of apartment living. They are always friendly and attentive, and our maintenance requests are handled in a timely, complete way. We're hoping to stay for a very long time, because we love the apartment, the amenities and the staff. It's also very close to everything: job, shopping, public transportation.

I am very sad to be moving away from Monteria. This is a beautiful apartment with the highest of standards. The staff was professional and the option to relocate to another equity property allows freedom from life's issues. Thank you Montierra for the fabulous experience

I've been very satisfied with friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff. Turner Bruce has been especially great; the other day he asked one of the maintenence staff to jump my dead car battery and he came immediately and was happy to help (Dick?)! It's great living somewhere where the staff is so responsive and go the extra mile as well as remember who you are and where you live when you enter the office.

Turner Bruce and the other staff members have been wonderful to work with! They provide outstanding service with a smile daily!! My experience at Montierra for the past year has been fabulous. I am moving back to Ohio to pursue a currently serious dating relationship as well as a new job. My family resides in Ohio too.
