Everyone is so friendly. It's nice to strike up a conversation with a total stranger while out walking your pet. The office staff is so helpful and caring. It makes the moving transition so much easier for those of us who have not done it in a number of years. I already know my immediate neighbors better here than I did in the home in Scottsdale where I lived for 25 years! I feel totally comfortable and safe here. My brief experience with several of the maintenance people was extremely gratifying. I feel that I made the right choice in selecting Crown Court as my new home!

The apartment complex is very well maintained... peaceful with a private home ambiance. I especially appreciate the landscaping and the pride my neighbors take in making our surroundings even more beautiful.

Friendly, helpful office staff and maintenance staff. All my questions and service requests have been addressed very quickly, and issues have been minor. Great location, friendly neighbors, huge apartments.

Lavina is absolutely fantastic! She is warm and sincere, remembers us and details about us, you feel she really cares. Also, maintenance requests have been very promptly addressed. I put one in online for our dryer, and someone came to fix it within the hour. Very impressed!!!

We were very excited to move into Crown Court Apt in Scottsdale AZ and Janice Gentry is a GREAT property manager - you cant ask for a nicer property manager. Very helpful and friendly. We moved here from over 2700 miles and she made process so easy - we will be here for many many years. The amenities are amazing. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We love it here!!!!!

I am ecstatic to have found Crown Court Apartments. This is reallyh a dream come true. It's like living in a little piece of paradise. It feels like 'home' for a long, long time. Lavina is one absolutely EXCEPTIONAL person. One fo the reasons that helped in my final decision was dealing with Lavina Spivey. She takes a personal interest in a resident. She is amazing. I also had such a great experience with Sharon and Janice. Michael in maintenance made me feel like if I had any concerns, they would be addressed. My sister and brother-in-law would like to retire here, and even my folks are looking to move in the area. When I mention to coworkers that I live at Crown Court, they all say they driven by and that it's beautiful. I am so very satisfied with my choice. What a great place to live. 100 % satisfied...

We have been very happy living here for the last 11 years. Office staff and maintenance have always been prompt with our needs. The current staff is extremely pleasant. I always suggest this property to our friends. This location is the best!!

I had originally contacted a leasing agent who is no longer here in Scottsdale and Melat seamlessly picked up on the communication and tied things together very nicely for us.
