I enjoy living here and hope to stay here for as long as I can, health wise. Everyone is very helpful and caring. They try to make apartment living as comfortable and private as possible. Having lived in apartments for several years, this community is the friendliest and most comfortable. Thank you all for your hard work.

The location and price hold the greatest appeal for me. But the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff and maintenance crew add the extra ease, comfort and security that makes for an exceptional experience. By far the best place I've rented in the valley. Thank you!

Overall, the office staff did what they could to immediately make our experience a better one, if and when we had a problem or two. You maintenance staff however; all I can say is WOW! Being a renter for 20 years, all over the country, this staff is far and away THE BEST EVER EVER EVER! John and his staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly, outgoing, and energetic. And you know what? They engage the resident and make them feel confident that any need will be taken care of the right way, the first time. If any one changes any thing about how maintenance runs, they should be fired immediately.

The maintenance staff and the office staff were wonderful to work with and were always on the ball with any issues I had. Despite any issues I had with the apartment itself, both the office and the maintenance staff were extremely helpful.

Matt Thurber, the associate that assisted me in securing and leasing the apartment, was professional and interested in helping in any way. In all, it has been a great experience and I would recommend Equity properties to anyone seeking an apartment.
