We are so pleased with our choice of Apartments, we have been treated with such professional service and the staff and management have gone out of their way to make us welcome - we would recommend the Bellagio to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

I loved living at bellagio apartments. The office staff was so great and helpful and the maintenance was always quick. I really liked the ability to do things on line like pay my rent and put in maintenance requests.

It's been a great apartment to live for long term. Service crew is awesome. My service requests were attended and fixed on the same day or just next day.

I am very sadden I must leave as I really love my apartment layout, but very pleased that where I am going (The Enclave) the floor plan is VERY close to what I have now. I will miss the staff as they were very pleasant and helpful.

Heidi and Laurie were great during my entire decision/move-in process. They took care of my requests and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even before I was an 'official' resident. I truly appreciate their customer service and am very happy with my decision. It has been wonderful to live here this past month.

I used to live here and moved a year ago to be closer to work- what a mistake. I am back and the main reason is the staff (Laurie in particular. They are all great!

Location is great and the staff outstanding. My first maintenance call was responded to in five minutes. Discussed the lack of plants in the immediate area. Response was very positive.

Your maintenance staff always get out very quickly and does a good job. Your office staff are knowledgeable and somehow manage to know everyone. Living here has been a very nice experience.

The entire experience was great. Nancy and Laurie were tremendous in explaining the benefits of staying in Bellagio and it was not just a marketing talk, they lived up to all expectations. The lease signing experience was smooth where I was explained each and every clause patiently. I am glad to call Bellagio my home and strongly recommend the same to all my friends and family members. When we moved in, the washing machine made noise and I raised a request from the MyApartments website (Bellagio website) and I got a call from Kevin the next day. Kevin inspected the machine, tried to fix it, but when it still made noise, promptly made a call to his senior to order a new machine. Very soon the new machine was installed in my apartment and it seems to work well. I am very satisfied in Bellagio and intend to stay here for a long time. A lot of my friends are also on their way to Bellagio because of the praises I do in public. Thanks for everything Bellagio.

A gated community is important as is a covered, assigned parking space. The landscaping is very well maintained and I can see grass and the morning sun from my window. The apartment location provides easy access to the freeways and to major surface roads. I feel secure here and that is very important.

this apt complex is a great place to live. I only wish there were more lights around the pool at night and a bathroom for the gym

Equity residential has great office staff and maintenance. They are fast and reliable when in need. The prices are amazing for the location and the apartments and landscape are always clean and up to date.

My move went extremely well. I truly love this apartment. I think the only negative to anything in the apt is that the drawers in kitchen are a little narrow - all in all I love it!!
