I was very happy with friendliness of the staff & neighbors. Any maintenance request was addressed very quickly. It was a pleasure living here & am only moving because I bought a house.

The office staff and maintenance are awesome! The women that work upfront are great, on top of being very beautiful they are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Maintenance is great as well. The few problems I have were taken care of by Efren extremely fast.

I want to thank Margi for all the help she provided. I moved here from Jacksonville, Fl and I had never seen the complex. Margi made sure everything was ok and I was happy once I settled in. Knowing I had a place to live took alot of stress out of the move.

When we first moved in the A/C stopped working and I called maintenance. They called back right away and brought over a portable until he could fix it the next day! I thought that was very nice of him...He went out of his way to make sure we were ok before he left. Thank you!

I lived in the equity community for 4.5 years, thru out my stay was very satisfied. I through out my stay the staff in the office were more then willing to meet or exceed my needs. The staff was very intrested in knowing and solving any issues that i had with the apt or concerns. I would have not left your company if it wasnt the lost of my job!

Your office staff and Frank and his guys are outstanding, But mostly Margi, she told me about so many places in this community which I have grown to love, but I do know I can always come back here if I dont like living with family so far away. This was an offer from my family I could not refuse. Living here was great.
