We like the manager, office staff and maintenance staff (Amy Lilja,Sandra Alm,Alan McPherson) This is our 10th winter staying at The Retreat.

I just have to say out of the all the places ive lived this is truely the only one i really consider home, i love it here and look forward to spending many years here. When my wife was first shown the appartments after i got them as a surprise she burst into tears on how beautiful it and the community was, and she absolutly loves it here.

I am very happy here, with the community, staff and my apartment. I love it so much here that I have referred several people. Four of which have already moved in and I am having two more family and friends here. I am originally from RI..and now the entire family is relocating. That is how much I love being here.

Living in the retreat is one of the best places to live. It is located perfectly between major highways and the neighbors are friendly as well as helpful. We are contemplating whether to start investing on a home and we know we will miss this place. The staff have been super nice and very helpful and consistent in rectifying our requests. So thank you for working hard in making our living a lot more stress free:)

We have enjoyed living here since 2/2010. We have been impressed with the timely actions of Alan and his maintenance crew when we needed service for various reasons. We are proud of the grounds and buildings, how well kept and attractive they are. We absolutely love our apartment and hope to be able to remain as long as we can afford the rent.

IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RETREAT. THE OFFICE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING. I HAVE FELT WELCOME FROM DAY ONE. I HAVE HAD GREAT MAINTENANCE SERVICE EVERY REQUEST DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AND THIS IS A QUIET COMPLEX! IM TRUELY HAPPY HERE.

Very satisfied with apartment... Very quiet no noise...Had a couple issue with appliances in apartmentbut Jessie was very helpful and got it taken care of very quickly. Amy from maintenance was very professional and nice not only quickly fixed the problems also left no mess... Very impressed.. kudos to Jessie and Amy...thanks guys

I lived here a few years ago and I will say your office staff has been even more professional and helpful... I had a tough situation, and wanted to move in the same day. Zack did everything he could to make this happen I was impressed on his willingness to help and the feel he gave off of genuinely wanting to help me move in. Thank you very much

I must say even though i have not lived here very long i already know this is the best place i have ever lived and plan on staying here for many years, special thanks needs to go to jessie for being so patient with my schedule and not making fun of me for looking aweful after sleeping in my car for a few hours before you opened since i was so excited to see the appartments, shes been absolutly wonderful and really is a huge asset to your community.

My wife and I enjoy living here at the Retreat. The staff are great and helpful in every way, (Go Zac!!). My only complaint would be the bus-stop.

If we had to move back into an apartment we would definately move to an equity aparments again.
