Office and Maintenance staff are fantastic. Nothing goes left unattended for any length of time, and everything is taken care of in a cheerful and professional manner. We could not be happier with the care and attention provided by the staff here.

Office staff have always been very helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues. Maintenance staff also very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience living here.

I had an issue with the AC on the day of move-in. I called in on a Saturday night and was pleased with the responsiveness of maintenance. It was a small issue that was resolved very quickly. I've since received calls from the property manager checking to make sure everything is ok and that I am satisfied with the resolution, but also to ask if there are any other issues I need assistance with. I appreciate Amy's proactiveness!

Great community all around! The staff is great, particularly the maintenance team -- very prompt and friendly when we needed something fixed. There is no doubt in my mind that the Village at Lakewood was the right choice for our move.

I really enjoyed the office staff and maintenace. Everyone was so pleasent and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them to deal with and things got address very quickly. Off hours communication and issues where addressed quickly as well. Thank you so much for the wonderfull experiance my daughter and i had while making a peaceful safe home at Village at Lakewood . We will always have wonderful memorys of our time at Lakewood.
