I moved here from out of state and had to do a lot of the paperwork and communicating from home and all of your staff was very helpfull.

The staff and maintenance personnel went to great lengths to assure our satisfaction in our new abode. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I am quite pleased with my move to The Sonoran Apartments so far and foresee a pleasurable and extended stay here.

Kari and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful going above and beyond their normal duties to try and help me during move in. I had some unique circumstances during move in, and the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

I love the community website. It makes paying rent very convenient. My favorite part of it though is the walkability score. I love being close to everything and having a map online to show me where everything is.

I really do enjoy living at Sonoran. My aunt and uncle lived here a few years ago, and I am so glad that it brought me back here. It really has been a blessing..I am closer to family,and to work, and really enjoy all the community has to offer.

Although both the water heater and garbage disposal were inoperable on the day I moved in, the leasing staff and maintenance staff got on top of the issue quickly, professionally and treated me with respect and their sense of urgency was strong. I find all of the staff to be exceptionally friendly as I see them frequently, my aprartment is right next to the office. I am pleased with the overall experience so far and I LOVE the online portal.

Well I cannot say enough about the staff here but Darla is awesome, and has made me feel so welcome. She has taken care of me since before I even moved here. Sarah, she is a doll, very sweet and always makes me smile every time I interact with her. They are very good people and go out of their way to make all of the residents feel welcome. Lastly, is Lorri, the staff would not be this good without a manager whose values and directions make this place such a great place to call home. All of them welcomed me and my dog from the first time we talked and it is how I was treated in this first contact that sold me on moving here. Great job by Lorri and her team. They are why I am here.
