I find customer service to be one of the best things about living in an apartment community. I am always greeted with a friendly hello by office workers whenenver I have a package to pick up or a concern. Luckily I have not had many concerns though. The smaller community and cozy setting adds to the feeling of security, especially since I am a single petite female. I have been pleasantly surprised with the apartment community thus far.

I loved living here and really don't have any real dissapointments. I love the Trees and Grass and it is so quite I am amazed.

My wife and I were very please with all staff as well as our apartment features. We would stay for years to come if it wasn't for our family getting even larger and needed more space. Thanks for a great year at Sedona Ridge.

Everything about move-in was great. The staff was very accommodating and helped me move into a unit 2 weeks early when my plans suddenly changed. They were very helpful with my situation on very short notice. I am very pleased with the apartment and the online features are very convenient.

The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent. I recently received an email stating that Karilyn Bell and Stevi Guy will be moved to a new location. I am very sorry to see them go. Particularly Stevi, she will be missed.

We chose sedona ridge because they were so thoughtful in Helping us with our moving issues.not only is the management and maintenance crew professional, but so willing and ready to assist in a moments notice.also.so friendly.they have made our transition and experience in apartment living a comfortable one.yes. I am already ahead of you.am constantly recommending to clients.

The office and maintenance staff were outstanding. The location of the apartment, the appliances (washer/dryer) and landscaping were all important aspects in my decision to live at Sedona Ridge. I am hopeful that my experience with Equity Residential in Alexandria will be as outstanding as my experience at Sedona Ridge has been.

I love living in this community. The office and maintainence staff are more than just professional & courteous. They are reliable, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile and great attitude regardless of the situation. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable environment.

My electric bill is cheaper here by abt 40$ a, month... I can only imagine its better (smaller) appliances :) thanks! :D

We lived here before and are delighted to be living here again!! Extremely satisfied in every aspect of our residence here at Sedona Ridge. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Glad to be back!!

Your staff(office/maintenence) is wonderful and very attentive to any need I have had. The property is well maintained and has been updated with the recent painting and entry landings repairs.

Office Manager is very friendly and tries to resolve issues fairly and quickly. Landscaping and grounds are very nice. Relatively quiet and friendly community.
