My experience with this apartment community has been excellent. We have the most personable and friendly office staff and maintenance staff I have ever dealt with. I am 62 years old and have lived in 5 different Equity Residential properties over the years. I have been in this property for 5+ years and it is indeed my favorite of all.

I have not had any issues in my 2 years of living here. Service requests are completed in a timely fashion and our apartment was very comfortable.

I couldn't be happier with our move to Mountain Park Ranch. Love the apartment, the office staff and maintenance guys are first-class, and Equity's policies made the move from one property to another easy.

I continue to be pleased by the office staff and the promptness of attention to my needs by the office staff and maintenance crew. My apartment is very comfortable and I feel safe. I always enjoy coming home to Mountain Park Ranch.

The staff here is phenomenal. In my entire life, out of all the moves I have had to make, this was by far the scariest for me. The staff has been wonderful and supportive during the entire process. I truly appreciate all they have said and done for me.

Mountain Park Ranch is my favorite Equity community and I'm VERY sad to leave! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, the apartment community is always beautiful and grounds look great! I absolutely loved it at Mountain Park Ranch and I will continue to refer friends and prospects to your community! :)

I can not begin to explain how amazing both Laura and Luanne have been since I have moved in to the community. They have truly made this place feel like home. I will truly miss them.

The price is reasonable, the location is FANTASTIC!!, the office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly, and the community is very friendly. I hope to stay here for a few years at least. Price would be the biggest deciding factor in continuing to live in Mountain Park.

Laura and the Assistant Manager are AMAZING!! They are so kind to me and my daughter. They wave every time I see them and always seem happy to be at work.
