My roommates and I are very happy with our apartment. Its a beautiful apartment in a great location. So far all staff I've met have been very nice. Maintenance people wave and say hi when they see you and that just makes you feel even more at home. Amanda in the office is awesome!

My move-in experience at Shadow Creek has been exceptional, completely above and beyond my expectations! Amanda was so very helpful and patient with me during the entire process, from filling out the application to handing me my keys on my move-in date. I really appreciate her assistance in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Her great attitude and customer service were pivotal in making my move-in a very positive experience and smooth transition. However, although I mainly dealt with Amanda, let me just say that the entire staff and maintenance crew here are absolutely top notch and my engagement and confidence in being a resident here at Shadow Creek is pretty high due to their overall 5-star customer service! Maintenance has been amazing in taking care of my requests so quickly, leaving me very impressed and happy about their follow-through and service. I look forward to being a resident here at Shadow Creek for several years to come and thank the staff and maintenance crew for making this a very nice apartment community to live at and comfortably call 'home'. :-)

I have lived in several apartment communities over the years, but the staff here is by far the best. The community is in great shape and the amenities are outstanding. The community is very safe and I feel comfortable raising my son here. I plan to live here for several years to come.

Just as having a comfortable and safe place to live for years to come is key, equally as important is the staff; Property Manager, Ashley McNeil, and the service crew Max and Jerome. They are the true reason why I call Shadow Creek home. I am going to miss Lacey Hill and Brian Harland who at Shadow Creek were marvelous. Overall, everyone is courteous, professional, and very prompt in addressing my needs. Moreover, my neighbors are wonderful!

Thus far, my living experience here have been great. The office star have exceeded excellent tenant relations/service, maintenance staff are courteous and on time, the grounds are well kept and I feel very secure living here in this community.
