I have lived here since October 2009. I love living here. The staff is helpful. The grounds are always impecable. I also enjoy the hair salon, dry cleaners, and Thai restaurant in our complex!

We were very happy with Bella Terra, and if the circumstances were different we would definitely stay at Bella Terra. We love it here, I've told all my friends about this beautiful complex, and this has been our favorite home to live in. Thank You for everything, we will really miss Bella Terra and the people that make it such a happy place to live.

They're fantastic! Very professional and the maintenance staff couldn't be better! We hope to live here for a few years at least.

Layna was awesome during the whole process and helped lower the stress level involved in moving. I appreciated her follow up call after I moved just checking in and making sure I was completely satisfied.

Love Bella Terra! Only intend to stay for one year because we want to buy a house, but if we don't end up getting the house, we would definitely be happy staying at Bella Terra!

I can't even begin to tell you how great your staff is, professional but friendly. You must have a great training program or just a knack for picking people. The grounds at Bella Terra are immaculate and that is important to me as a dog owner who cleans up after their dog. The maintenance staff are very efficient and keep everything really clean. I am looking forward to being here for a long time.

The apartment managers were excellent throughout the move process even though I was moving from the east coast to the west coast. They made it easy and were more than willing to go beyond what was expected of them.

WE HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 2 WKS, BUT WE LOVE IT. OTHER THAN THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS NEEDING WASHED, IT IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES WE HAVE LIVED. STAFF IS WONDERFUL!! I HAVE GIVEN BELLA TERRA INFO TO SEVERAL POTENTIAL RENTERS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

My experience at Bella Terra has been a dream! There hasn't been any issues since I've been here. Bella Terra had the perfect apartment and location for my first place away from home. If I did not have to move out.
