I have lived in Equity owned apartments for several years now. The properties are all well maintained and the staff is professional and responsive. All in all a great company to do business with!

The outside Steps area looks great with the refurbished fountains, and tile work. Bravo. Cleaning staff does good work in common areas. Thank you for water coolers in the gym.

I really like the staff so far at Harbor Step. Monique was a GREAT HELP with us moving in. She went above and beyond her job to help us. We are in the military and it is hard to find time to vist apartments. She sent us floor lay outs and talked in detail of the apartment. She is a great employee. Thanks!

We were very satisfied with the location and amenities. Also the view from our apartment was very pleasant. The only thing I didn?t 'like' was the price for the parking spaces (I know it?s not under your administration). Thanks for everything.
