I find the location and pricing for the apartments is reasonable. The staff is exceptional and always smiling. As long as the apartment pricing doesn't change, I would be happy to consider The Oaks at Falls Church home for a long time to come.

My wife and I are both extremely satisfied with our new home. John gave us a wonderful walk thru while Stephanie from the leasing office was very helpul in answering all our questions and inquiries. Amber Buras and the Asst. Property Manager (her name escapes me at the moment) were very nice as well. Overall, the entire leasing office handled our inquiries with a high level of professionalism. Customer service at the Oaks is second to none.

I have always found the office staff and maintenance staff very friendly and approachable. I have recommended Oaks to a couple of my out of state friends when they finally move to the Virginia area. Devin, from your maintenence team, is always very polite and eager to make right any problems that may occur. I hope to be staying on if my finances allow. Thank you for a great stay so far. Janet

The staff was wonderful in dealing with a long distance lease situation. I asked my keys to be mailed to me because I did not know when I would be arriving. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to go beyond.

The office and maintenance staff at the Oaks are definitely one of the best parts of living here. They know everyone by name, and you never feel like a number like at gigantic residential properties I've lived in. I would say the only downside to the apartments themselves is that the interior walls are very thin (not between apartments but within apartments), which makes privacy a little hard to come by when you have roommates (but I'm not sure much could be done about that). The maintenance staff is also very speedy and talented. Thanks!
