While looking for a new apartment, this complex had by far the most helpful and professional leasing staff I encountered. That was the main reason my room mate and I chose to live here, and I am still thoroughly impressed and happy I made the decision to lease with this community.

We have been very satisfied living at the Preserve. Whenever we have questions or need maintenance, the response is prompt and effective. We enjoying the office staff and have no complaints. We like having the gym in the apartment complex. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to send this in!!

The Preserve at Briarcliff is hands down the best place I have lived (as an adult) in Atlanta. When I moved in, I felt like I was home and have never felt more comfortable, safe and happy. Great place and great price. Plus, the online payment option makes it very convienent to pay rent!

I have lived in several different apartment communities over the years and am most satisfied with the office staff and maintenance service at the Preserve. They are highly attentive to residents' needs and attend to maintenance requests promptly. I am quite happy living at the Preserve and have recommended it to several colleagues at Emory University. I really enjoyed the urban garden. It was a great way to meet and socialize with my neighbors who also enjoyed gardening.

I really do enjoy living in this community. I love the location, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the other tenants are polite and respectful. It would be nice if the gate didn't break so frequently. But all other maintenance issues that I have had specifically within my own apartment were addressed rapidly and completed satisfactorily.
