Pros: Nice and clean apartments with great location and excellent office staff. Cons: The stairway and elevator area could be kept more clean.

I know my mother really liked how sunny and bright her apartment was. She liked knowing any maintenance issues would be taken care of promptly. The only thing she didn't like, was the counters were too high for her since she was only 4'8'

The experience so far is great. This is my first apartment in Atlanta. Staff not only help me with the apartment but also helped move in. If I ever had any questions (e.g. where is furniture shop, good places to eat, where is a dry cleaner etc.) they always helped me out. The experience so far is GREAT!

Overall, my experience has been good. I would definitely recommend Savannah at Park Place to others.

I love Savannah at Park Place, I don't want to move but my in-laws are both out of work and we are helping by moving to a bigger apartment so they can move in with us and try to find work here. We will miss Savannah and the staff very much.

This is my very first apartment and the transition has gone very well. All of the staff at Savannah at Park place are very professional and genuinly nice. When I had a problem with my fire alarm, I put in a work order in the morning and by the time I got home from work it was already fixed. Overall, I am very impressed with this facility and the staff really makes me feel at home!

Great community to live in. Very close to work which is a plus. I haven't had any major problems with my apartment.

I have lived at Savannah at Park Place Apartments for 3+ years. I am satisfied with the convenience of the location as well as the office/maintenance staff here.

The office staff has been great! I was out of town for an extended period of time and I called Rosie to make sure that my apartment was fine. Shortly thereafter, The maintenance manager called me to inform me that everything was ok. I really appreciate that. I've enjoyed my stay at Savannah At Park Place My only complaint would be a noisy upstairs neighbor, but they've moved on.
