I am absolutely thrilled with almost all aspects of this apartment community and its staff, I tell anyone that's interested in a new place about Cape House. However, one thing I noticed as well as a couple of other neighbors, is that Phase II has two lighted fountains in their lake that are visable to virtually all its residents, but as far as the majority of residents in Phase I there are no fountains in view. I think that there is one around the corner viewable only to the residents of building 10. To add to the aesthetics as well as enhance the desirability of lakeside leases, it would be great to have similar lighted water features afforded to residents in Phase II. That would be equitable to all. Thank you for your consideration!

Cape House is very cozy and has a home-like feel. We are very happy with our move and appreciate all of the positive responses we have received from the staff.

My Cape House Apartments experience was awesome. The office staff, the apartment, and the location all were truly amazing. I am glad to say that a Cape House Apartment was my first home. I will recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great community. Thank you Cape House!!

When my Fiancé and I first started looking for apartments, we honestly thought there was no hope in Jacksonville. We wanted a nice community with a great location and low rates. To come across Cape House was a relief! We were on deployment when my Fiancé saw Cape House posted on ApartmentGuide.com and we knew automatically that these were the apartments for us. Everything from the color of the complex, to the lighting and appliances was perfect. We are very grateful for the help we received from the staff and certain that Cape House is going to be where we call home for many years to come.

This place is more beautiful than most houses on the market right now. I love living here and believe it is my home, not just an apartment.

Profession property staff members and excellent follow ups. Maintenance around the property is clean and well kept.
