Office staff and maintenance staff have been exceptional! All my questions were always answered and all problem that I had with my apartment were always repaired swiftly. Equity Residantial is very, very lucky to have such capable managment and staff running the turtle run property!

I can't say enough how much care and concern the staff shows. They make the Park at Turtle Run a home. Special appreciation goes to both Odette and Geoff their leadership and attitude is why I continue to live here.

I haven't had the need to live in an apartment for about 25 years. But, I have to say that your staff and organization made it easy and actually enjoyable. Thank you so much for that! I am very happy with my decision to live at 'The Park at Turtle Run' and would definitely recommend your complex to anyone that needed an easy transition such as I did. Thank You again!

We glad we moved here, it is very convenient the staff is great. They are doing up keep on the property. When people visit they have a good first impression

The Park at Turtle Run is a nice looking place in a good area....but the reason it is a great place to live is the staff. The Park is well managed, with a hard working staff. It is run with the perfect combination of courtesy and respect for the residents and the efficiency of professionals to get things done. It is a pleasure to live here.

The entire office staff and maintenance staff always make us feel good and treat us as members of their family.They are always concerned about our well-being. It is a good feeling to know that the office is watching out for us.

During and after our move in, the office staff is extremely professional and helpful. This is the first apartment experience that we've had without any problems. The apartment is very clean and the location is the best. We love it here!!!

I have lived at the park at turtle run for 4 years. i love it! Odette and all the maintence men are amazing!! The one and only reason I have decided to move was because I needed a change of enviroment for myself. I would recommend to community to family and friends!

Living here has been very pleasant. The office staff and maintenance service are very professional. The neighbors are friendly and very considerate to the rules. this is a peaceful and great place to live
