The office staff is very helpful in all situations and address it in a timely manor. At any time something breaks in my apartment, big or small, it has been fixed that day. There was one day when my sink broke and I made the order as the service manager was leaving for the day and he just went right over to my apartment and fixed it. Thank you guys!

I have enjoyed living here and am moving out of state due to taking a new job. I will be moving into another Equity Residential property in Seattle WA, The Summit.

I cannot say enough about everyone at Sonata at Cherry Creek. I was treated with the utmost respect from all staff members especially Jen and Toby and the manager, Linda. The maintenance guys especially Manny and Jason are awesome! Friendly and knowledgable. If I have not mentioned anyone by name, it is because I did not meet them in person. To be greeted by name when I walked into the complex office is so terrific! I really appreciated that. Please know that I would still live here if I had not purchased a home. Thank you all so much.

We enjoyed our experience living here very much! We never had a problem with getting issues resolved and the staff was very prompt. Overall we had a great time and would be staying if we didn't have an additional rommate moving in with us in a better location for transit to our jobs.

We are very pleased with our experience at the Sonata at Cherry Creek so far. From our first visit we knew we would end up here. The staff is courteous, friendly,and helpful. The entire community is beautifully landscaped and the location is unbeatable. The apartment itself is perfect; spacious and thoughtfully designed. We are excited to come home to our gorgeous, relaxing home every day! Thank you for everything!

I have only had a very positive living experience. The management is very friendly, and always remembers my name. The apart is perfect for my living needs, and the location is pretty much exactly what I am looking for. I wish they would set up a meet and greet for neighbors, but other than that I really enjoy it.

My experience has been a good one. Other than the few 'set backs' when I first moved in things are in great condition. I really appreciate you guys replacing my floors and may take you up on the painting a little later. Thanks again!

I lived at the Sonata for 2 years, and would continue to live there if I were still renting, however I purchased a house, and have moved into the house as my primary residence.

The office staff went over and above to help me find an apartment that fit my needs. I have a slight handicap and they were very helpful. Jennifer, Toby and Linda all greet me by name when I am in the office and that is important to me. Jason from Maintenance has been wonderful I appreciate everyone's efforts here. Thank you.

I had a great time living here. I liked the location and the pool. I didn't use the work out facility. I loved having a garage. The only negative thing is the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors voices very easily at night. Also, I liked how the service crews were very quick to respond if something needed to be fixed. Thanks!

i still live in the apt. community. i just moved one floor down to downsize. i'm very satisfied living here. the office staff is very friendly and will do whatever is needed to help.
