The office staff have been friendly and more than helpful. I was walking to the gym and it was raining, one of the office staff members saw me on their golf cart and gave me a ride. The landscaping is beautiful and the premises are always kept very clean.

I realy enjoyed by stay at this location. I was excited to mention this location as a pleace where I've lived. Thanks for everything and hiring professional and friendly staf

I love living in this community!! The landscape is beautiful and always kept very nice!! It is not a rowdy place but very friendly and family oriented.

Promenade Terrace has been one of the best places i've lived in. The community, location and staff are great. Awesome place to be.

Staff was great and location was awsome. If I live apartment again I would truly think of this complex first.

As a recently divorced father of two, it was very important to find a suitible locaion to raise my daughters. Your facility met the expectations that were important to me. To minimize the difficulty of my divorce for them was a priority. The Promenade staff was so valuable in making my daughters feel welcome and cared for. In this difficult time of transition, one thing that is certain. We have have found a Home!

We like living here. Is really quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are good people. We love the unit where we live because is so close to the parking. We never really have trouble finding parking so that's a good thing and the people at the office are very friendly. Is a nice place to live and nice area for the most part

The staff, has been very pleasant. Always friendly. The premises are always well kept, and when i needed assistance with repairs, the maintenance crew responded without haste, and completed the job. You guys are great!
