The experience has been great. Matt and Joey are awesome. The new fitness area and Tv room were done very nice.

I initially chose this property based on the fact that I could get DIRECTV and not have a dish on my balcony. Once I talked to the manager I made the decision to go with Equity. Joey is an incredible representation for Equity. I will recommend people to this property because of my interactions with her and her staff.

For the location, the price, and the amenities I would say that Ball Park is a great deal.

I truly enjoy the atmosphere and location of Ball Park Lofts. It's an easy walk to fantastic downtown shop's, popular Pub's and restaurants!

Joey and her staff are exceptional. The week I was looking I was laid up sick bombarding Joey with questions about the property. She was timely, specific and always friendly in her communication. The day I toured the property with her she was ready with keys to several units when I walked in. While touring the property Joey was very pleasant and greeted almost everyone by their name. My move in day was quick and painless. They have accomodated my services requests in a timely manner and are very proffessional and courteous to deal with. I know I have made the right choice with my new home.

The entire office staff has been kind, professional, welcoming, and eager to help with any issues. I have no complaints.

The new management and office staff are 100 times better than the previous management! Keep up the good work. The improvements you've already done including adding directional signage are a big plus!

Very good move-in. Satff was helpful and welcoming during the whole process. Everything has been great so far. Very satisfying.

I enjoy the online payment feature and extended business hours. I also like that the computer lab is open longer now. I look forward to the remodel in the future.
