Office staff are all friendly and professional. The in-house staff that service the buildings and grounds are also professional, responsive and approachable. The facility is run at a level similar to a high end condo complex. Our unit is a 2nd story 2 bedroom with a loft and vaulted great room area that feels like a condo rather than an apartment. Overall, Key Isle is in a great location offering excellent units.

I love the attention that is given to all questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and the area is kept up extremely well.

My husband and I have enjoyed our 4 years living at Key Isle but are ready to buy our first home. We will miss Key Isle and would absolutely recommend the community to others!

Enjoy my neighborhood and its proximity to area amenities.

I enjoyed living at Key Isle. I felt safe and the community is always clean. I also liked the movie nights as a way to meet neighbors. I would have stayed if Key Isle were closer to where I work.

Maiantanence service is very good, I have called twice for my washer and AC and they have done an exelent job in no time and withing the firt 12 hours of my call
