I love the staff at Tradition at Alafaya. They are ALWAYS kind and quick to be accommodating. The location is fantastic, and the property is very well maintained. The units themselves are in wonderful condition, and I have not ever been happier with an apartment community. You guys are great!

Traditions is a wonderful place to live. I have lived in the same apartment for two years. Of course you hear noise but that is expected when living in a apartment. The Staff at Traditions is top shelf from the manager on down to the lady who delivers the mail. Never did I have a problem that did not get addressed immediately. In the office I was always greeted with a smile from Kristen Garcia one of leasing agents, Tracy or Jonathan. I will always cherish the time when I was able to call Tradition's of Alafaya my home and if anyone I know is ever looking for an apartment will definitely send them to Kristen, and know they are being well cared for. Thank you for the memories Tradition.

I am very sad to be leaving; it was a hard decision. I will miss living at the Traditions At Alafaya very much. It is the nicest place I have had the pleasure of living at. Thank you for making my experience wonderful.

I love everything about this apartment! It is everything I expected it to be and more. Very friendly and professional staff who remember me everytime I see them or call about something. Very efficient maintence with quick turn around time on work orders. Love this place!!

I absolutely love living at Traditions, I actually searched to find a comfortable, affordable and good location place to move to for one whole year and the moment I saw this property and what it had to offer, I knew immediatley that if was the place for me. I have been living here 8 months and I love it. I will not be moving except to buy my own home. Thanks to the team of Traditions, especially Jonathan Gonzalez who has assisted in making my move to this property a good experience. Keep up the good work.

I have lived in Tradition at Alafaya since Fall of 2008 and have for the most part been very happy here. The location is perfect, the apartment has great appliances, the grounds are kept up nicely and the office staff and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I love it at Tradition! I have been here for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about living here! The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond, my apartment and it's features are awesome and the amenities are always well-kept! Thank you Tradition at Alafaya for such a great living experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Traditions and would certainly recommend the complex. Great floor plan with alot of storage!! Very fast response to any maintenance request.
