I have only been a resident here for a month (completely new to the area). In that time I feel that I have been welcomed/received very well and look forward to living within the community for years to come.

I was impressed by how friendly and nice the office staff here is.They are very helpful and knowledgeable...I love community...my apartment is spacious and me and my boys are very pleased..We looked at several apartments before we came to Shadow Creek and nothings compares to it..the price the amminities..the home buying program..I'm very happy I choose to live here..very pleased..Thank You

Our situation is very unfortunate and had to make some very hard decisions for our family... leaving our home was the hardest. We are very thankful and appreciative for the staff of Shadow Creek. We have made some wonderful friends within the past several years that we will be sure to keep in touch with. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have a beautiful home while we were here and will be sure to recommend Shadow Creek to anyone needing a home in Winter Springs.

Extremely satisfied with my apartment and especially the outstanding service from all the Shadow Creek FL office staff. They went above and beyond to get me into my apartment as smoothly as possible with no problems. And I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I love living at Shadow Creek. Some of the features, like the garden tub and beautiful touches around the apartment really sealed the deal with me. The maintenance staff is so helpful and always respectful when in our apartment to address an issue.

I have really enjoyed living at Shadow Creek. I've had no major problems and overall it's been great. I do wish there was resident access through the back gate at night, since that's where I live, however, I understand the restriction for security concerns. The maintainence staff are the best I've ever worked with living in an apartment community. They are friendly, prompt and thorough. Kudos to them! The office staff are always helpful as well. I've already recommended Shadow Creek to friends a few times.

I think my complex is great! The location is amazing, and the apartment is updated. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, they always have time to solve any issue I present them with. Also, the apartment is affordable, I feel comfortable and safe living there, and would recommend it to friends. Thanks!

I've had to have maintenance come over a couple of times for a few quick fixes and the maintenance guy, Max, was VERY professional and courteous. That really made me feel much more comfortable and more at ease when calling to ask for maintenance on the apartment!

It has been a wonderful experience! You can't really find apartments like these for the price anywhere nearby and the staff here is fantastic. You've got me for as long as I can pay my rent!

We enjoyed the time we lived at Shadow Creek apartments. It is a nice environement and good location. The office staff is wonderful! We have NO complaints and would highly recommend this community to others.

I have had the pleasure of living in 3 different apartments at Shadow Creek over my 14 years in Casselberry. I loved them all and can't think of a better apartment living style in which to raise my children. We have all enjoyed the gym, pool, and other amenities there is offered here. It has been a safe environment for them to play around and very close to the school they attend. It has been a pleasure to be a part of this community.

I love the community here, it is conveniently located near my school and the mall is just right down the street. I really enjoy the landscaping, I think it is just beautiful and the service team has been very kind to me. Overall I have had a great experience here and I would most definitely recommend Equity Apartments to my friends and family. Thanks!
