I really like the location of the apartment. Every place where I go often is within 5 miles. It only takes me 5 to 15 minutes, which I really like it.

I would like to take the time to mention that Krystle and Keith in the office have been fantastic. Not only have they taken the time to get to know me personally, they have been sure to address every concern or question I have had in a professional and friendly manner. Any requests I have had have been dealt with in a timely manner. If it weren't for them, my living experience wouldn't be as satisfying as it has. Thank you.

My stay here has been great. The property manager, staff and maintenance people have been very friendly and that goes a long way with me.

We love it here and the office staff is great. Things are fixed in a timely manner and that is a big deal for us because the last place we lived at never fixed anything.

I moved to this community because I had a lease in Washington state and could transfer to another Equity Apartment without penalty. I appreciated that I was able to do that.

Knowing tenants names should be helpful to make new and old tenants pleasure. Keith from my property(Club at the green) always greet me with my name which I feel really welcome whenever I visit the main office.

My family is enjoying living at this community. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They are VERY quick to get my service request completed and I am really greatful for that.

I have lived in many apartments since moving to Portland, and I have not had a better experience than living here. I was very satisfied with the maintenance services, they were fast to respond and fast to fix our issues. I was also very satisfied with the office(when I did actually go down there to talk with them), Michelle was wonderful and always addressed any issues and questions professionally. I would and have recommended this place to anyone looking for an apartment and will continue to do so, so long as I continue to be satisfied living here.
