This place was not even on my radar when looking, but the price lured me in. The washer and dryer lured my wife in, and the then the park across the street put it in cement. We stayed, and maybe because it was my wife and mine's first apartment together, i have loved it here. Maybe cause of the price, location, and washer and dryer, i love it here.

Agnus, office staff, was fabulous when I was living out of state and trying to find an apartment to move right into. I chose to look at Desert Homes first of all the complexes I had chosen from my online search. I met Agnus after having spoken on the phone with her and after seeing the apartment, decided I did not need to see the others. The maintainance staff has also been great, while doing work or just in passing on the property. I have enjoyed residing at Desert Homes and thus chose to stay with Equity Residential when looking to relocate closer to the new office. Thank you.

I lived in Michigan and rented the apartment sight unseen online. i was very pleased when I arrived and saw the apartment and have been very happy ever since. The rent is reasonable, the location is great, the neighbors are nice, and the office and maintenance staffs are very professional.

I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the years and for the money, this exceeds all the previous ones. The staff is quick to fix problems and helpful in every situation. I've recommended this complex to a friend and now she is a neighbor.

in my 9 years here this is the best staff we have had, and the neighbors here are friendly everybody gets along with each other.

I believe the staff here should be given prays for the comitment to the resident and I am very pleased with the Maintance since we have moved here and have had a couple of issues that were taken care of right away. Are water heater cought fire and blew - water went every were last nite and there responce was great for 2:30am on a sun morning.

I really enjoy like living here. Its in a very nice location, the apartments are in good shape, and its nice when we have problems with something you are always there to help.

my wife and i have been here going on 6 years and we have loved every min its close to every thing we need . the office staff is always help full and maintenance is very good and quick to respoind to what you need and always friendly

When I was looking for a place to live, I needed a place for me and my dog. Finding a place that accepted pet and had a place for them to play was what i was looking for.
