I have lived here for over 10yrs. It has always been a decent place to live, and the office/maintenance staff are great.

I have enjoyed living at Chandler Court for these past 6 years, the office and maintenance staff have always been professional and courteous. The property has always been kept up, and I have never had any problems getting maintenance issues rectified in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

Maintenance was faster than expected on my service requests. I was expecting to wait a few days, but everything was taken care of the day after the request, which was awesome.

Everything is great, Just wish I was able to get in and play billiards a bit later. Almost closed by the time I am home from work. :)

I have to say I have been most impressed with the quality and price of the apartment. I think that the staff and the whole complex in general is fantastic!

I have had a very good experience so far - Although I didn't receive a call right after I moved, I did receive a call within a couple of weeks and the manager was very responsive to my move in inspection and everything has been taken care of.

You are all very awesome. The maintenance staff were outstanding and we love Wendy in the office! We are sad to leave, but our family is growing. Thank you for the wonderful commuity through our first year of marriage and the birth of our son!

Our family chose this apartment based on the recommendation of a friend and we are thrilled that we did! The staff have always been courteous and friendly, and they have gone out of their way to remember us individually. We are grateful for their very quick maintenance services that have been utilized in the past and are very pleased with our apartment as a whole. Our family has no complaints whatsoever with the complex, staff or property. Thank you!!

I was really amazed by the warm welcome of the staff on my first visit. Even though Dawn is a 'floater' between communities, she still contacted me directly to make sure I was in touch with the right people and that they were taking care of me & any concerns I might of had. That type of exceptional customer service is rare. I feel very comfortable in knowing how much Equity Residential stands behind each of their communities. It's so good to be home.

After one month, I am incredibly happy living at Chandler Court Apartments! This has been an experience in apartment living that far exceeded my expectations.
