We have been very happy living here. There were only a couple of times when we had to put in a service request and the response time was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

Because of my job, the past 5 years I have had to move to several different locations. My move to Tallyrand in Tarrytown has been the most successful and smoothest relocation due to the professionalism of your staff. Wanda Richardson was AMAZING! She made everything go smooth for my move in and was the most pleasant agent I have dealt with over the years. She made me feel welcome in my new home. I look foward to a long term stay here. I would also like to point out that Juan was here the day I moved in and I was pleasantly surprised to have him come to my apartment on my arrival and go over everything in my unit.

I am very happy with my apartment. Legitimate rental apartments are hard to find in the area..there are alot of 1-2 family homes that rent. There is comfort in knowing that it is a safe place to live. It is great to have a maintenance staff, a washer dryer in the apartment and designated parking spot. It is so hard to find a place with all of these features in one place. Thanks for making this a great place to live!!
