The property Manager provided me with a wonderful tour of an Apartment followed by lots of useful information about the Property, Company and its various programs. Manssasas was not my choice of location but after the warm and inviting feeling received I was eager to move to this community. Move-in was conducted by a walk thru of every room and test of everything. Since moving in I enjoyed myself at a Community Cookout were the Office and Maintances staff came together and provide good food and fun for all. They represented the Property and the Company with high regards. I finally found a Home at Amberton.

Im very satisfied with the administration, they are very responsive abouth any matter related with the apartments. wonderful staff, moving here was the best decision I have done. I strongly recommend this place to live.

Everyone has been kind, friendly, I love the complex! Please continue to have such nice and friendly people. I am absolutely sastisfied that I moved to Amberton!!! And we love Tamara! :)

Being new to the community my experience is limited. So far, I am impressed with how clean my apartment was when I moved in. Also, everything in the apartment worked! As a long time renter, this is a first. The office staff is courteous and accommodating and seem to really care that I enjoy living here. I have no doubt that I will.

From the first time I came to Amberton I knew I wanted to live here. The staff has been MORE than helpful, informative and welcoming. If you pressed me to complain about any single thing I would draw a complete blank. Julie Armstrong is a tremendous asset to your company and deserves to here 'thank you' from everyone here and management of Equity.

The complex should re-cycle paper, glass, cans, etc. It should be pretty easy to implement.

The office and maintenance staff are great and all my interactions with them have been great. I'm moving into another Equity Managed Property in Texas and look forward to having more of the same positive with your folks there. Thanks for all the help and patience
