The maintenance staff is AMAZING! I have had several requests and all repairs have been made quickly. I really appreciate their efforts.

I am very hppy and conent with the staff at the office and with the features my new aprtment complex has to offer. My son and I have enjoyed swimming! We have also enjoyed walks around the community! Maintenace responded quickly to my requests and that is highly important to me I m glad that I have a plce to live hat is comfortable, professional and friendly and clean! Than you and please eep up the good work!!!

I just love the neighborhood. I feel safe and there is a large number of people who jog and ride bikes all arounf the neighborhood. I am also a runner and a cyclist so it is nice to see peolpe all around that are doing the same thing. I love my one bedroom apartment with the view of the narrows bridge and the ocean. Its so quiet here all I hear are the trains that pass by and the kids being kids and I used to it all. I love it!!

i love my view! i love the location of this apartment complex. i love that i have my own covered parking spot. i love the staff. i plan on living here for a long time

I have lived in Westridge Apts since 2004 and I'm very sorry to move out due to the military because I love to live here and my Apt. The Westridge Apts is a beautiful place and the Apt is large and comfortable and the community features are excellent! Thanks a lot for the years of comfortable happy living!

Good for you for 'listening to the customer.' Another indicator of why Westridges is well-run. It's very hard to pick just one answer to Q7, BTW; my excellent view, the rental rate, quiet neighbors, location, floor plan, racquetball court: it's the *combination* that attracted me and will keep me for a long time (I hope).

This was the most inexpensive apartment property around that had all the amenities we were looking for. The Westridge is a great place to live and we recommend it highly to all of our friends and co workers.

This has been the best transfer that I have made due to the thoughtfulness of the staff. They are responsive and caring people. Love the fact that there is security in such a large development.

I really love the environment that im in staying at The Westridge. It's very comfortable and the Staff is Excellent and Maintenance also. I just wanna Thank You again. My family and I are enjoying our stay at the Westridge.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience living in the Westridges. It was very difficult to find an apartment in our price range that would accept our dog, especially since we were looking and we were still out of state. The woman Stephanie who helped us was absoulutely AMAZING! The apartment itself was more than we could hope for also! We were both very sad to leave and hope that when this deployment is over we can return. This was our first year of marriage and our first place of our own and we were extremely blessed to have spent it in your complex. Thank you very much! I do have one suggestion...although its not much.. I do admitt I would have liked to see recycling and not just trash bins.

I really enjoyed this apartment complex.My family lived here before in 07/08.we moved out while my husband was deployed to move in with family and we moved back here when he returned home in 09.Thank you for all your help with the move in. The staff was the greatest.

Overall, this is a great place to live. I have a great view from my apartment and my neighbors are generally quiet. What more can you ask for? :)

I love it here it's peaceful and lovely. I realy enjoy my apartment, I recomended this place to 2 of my co workers and they prefer theese apartments over their old ones. They enjoy it here as much as I do.

I enjoyed my time here. dont have anything to complane about. the location is nice, nabiors were good, staff was very helpful. the one time i had somthing wrong in the appt. it was fixed right away. GREAT JOB!!!!
