I really like having my own washer and dryer in my unit

Office Manager was very perfessional and very informative with me and when problem with upstairs appartment affected my unit I was compensationed for my inconvience which I felt that your astabishment cared about its rentors. I am very impressed with the way things where handled. Thank you for training your staff not only to be professional but also to care about rentors.

My daughter and I are very comfortable in this apartment community, the apartments are spacious and meet our needs, the staff is courteous at all times whether it be a visit to the office or seeing them while driving through the complex. We are happy here!

I really enjoy waterfield. Many people think you don't get your privacy in apt complexs but at Waterfield you have complete respect from the staff and neighbors. The are is well maintained, neighbors are polite, the apartment is private, the location is safe, and I think what we pay is worth the price. I love it here!

It is very comfortable living here. The ammenities, the staff, the location, the ducks are all great. And the price isn't an arm and leg.

I had an overall great experience moving in to the property. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I also put in a service request and I received a very quick response. I love the location and service that I have received so far and a special thank you to the Rep Trisha for such a great job.
