This is a very comfortable and quite place to live. The atmosphere is nice, the neighbors are very nice and the office staff is always very helpful.

It has been great living here for the last 10 years. I have seen management change over the years and found that they all have been professional and have a genuine concern for the residents and the property. Thanks and please pass this on to the management team.

We have lived here for a number of years and have seen many improvements. It is so much easier to contact maintenance online with issues and the work gets completed quicker. Since we have been in this same apartment for a number of years we would like to make some improvements (new carpet, paint, check appliances, etc.) and these will be discussed with management and hopefully resolved.

I really enjoyed my experience living at the sabal palms. Everybody has been great, from the office staff to the maintenance staff. I can't complain. I will probably renew my lease here for another year.

All my requests have been met in a timely manner. And its a pleasure living here while also being conviently located near many attractions and shopping.

I have enjoyed living here very much. The staff works with me very well and makes sure I have the best living experience possible. Maintenance crew are EXCELLENT!!! They fulfill service requests in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and I greatly appreciate the office staff for making it a good place to live. I feel that I can reside here for awhile unitl I am ready to have my own home. My apartment is great and I love that I get compliments on it. The only thing I wish that were in the apartments were washer and dryer to make it more convenient and cost effective. Other than that I enjoy living here very much.

Erika was extremely helpful with my move-in process. Issues and concerns were addressed in a professional and compontent manner. I am very pleased and more importantly feel safe in my new home.

Everyone has been so right on the ball when replying and answering questions and doing those extra little things that really makes for a pleasant experience!

The office has made me feel like a member of their community, not just a resident. Since I have found Equity I feel that more attention is given to my personal needs. I love it here!
