Truly have enjoyed my stay. The highlight of the property definitely is the short term leases available to me, as I work in and out of town frequently. I will definitely return.

I have really enjoyed the months I have been living in my apartment. I love the location and the maintenance services are completed in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I absolutely loved living at Uptown, the amenities are fantastic, I've always had a great experience with the staff there, and felt my apartment exceeded my need for a home in the city. I appreciate all the hard work keeping the property clean and neat. Thank you!

i'm so glad the apartment complex is very soundproof, i hardly hear my neighbors and this makes it feel very private

Uptown Square is in a great location and their is a nice community feeling. All of the members of the staff are very helpful, both in the office and in maintenance.

I am always so impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy given by the office staff. I can't tell you how many times I hear complaints about building staff from other properties but Uptown has never left me with the slightest doubt in their abilities to create and keep a beautiful property and satisfy their tenants. I really enjoyed living at Uptown for over 2.5 years. This was my first home when I moved to Colorado in February 2007 from Iowa. It was a secure and comfortable environment and I will definitely recommend Uptown Square Apartments to any friends in the future.

Uptown is a great community and I've always loved living there. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the facilities were always kept in perfect shape.

Lived here for a year and a half and really loved it. Service requests were taken care of immediately, apartment complex always looked neat and tidy, and the gym is great. Thanks for everything.

I am absolutely in love with Uptown Square! The office staff is always helpful, the neighbors are great, and the location is second to none! I could see myself living here for years. Thank you for everything you do for your residents! It is much appreciated! :)
