We are very happy with our new apartment. The property manager, Erin Duffey has been incredibly helpful and friendly. And the maintenance team has also been very helpful and efficient.

I like the office staff they are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance here is great. Last summer when my ac went out on the weekend, they were right over and quickly got the job done. They were also very polite and couteous.

As a 20+ year resident of Walkers Mark, I feel it is a good place to live. The Manager is very responsive and cares about the property.

So far, I love the complex. It's quiet, but friendly. Everything seems to be in good shape.

i like having a security person on the premises and neighborhood watches also the office is very nice all the time grounds are very well kept.

I have LOVED living at Walker's Mark for the past 5 years. I have felt comfortable and secure here. The staff have been like family. It is time for my return to Wisconsin, but I will always remember the wonderful 5 years I have had here!

I cannot say enough regarding the office and maintenaqnce staff. They make me feel like family and go above and beyond my expectations. The overall community is affordable and gives one a feeling of safety and warmth. I am VERY happy living here and plan to stay for years to come.

I have been very happy in all aspects of living at Walker's Mark. The staff is outstanding. I am very comfortable in my apartment. It's always so nice to come 'home'.

I really like this apartment community, the location is very good, the service is very good and helpful. People are nice and friendly and there are a lot of things going on. I live the face that there is a swimming pool, a gym and tennis courts, it's a nice place to hang out.

i have lived in texas for 8 years now and rented at many complexes and by far this is the best i've been in. the staff is awesome and the apt itself is really great.thank you and keep the good work going also having security is a major plus these days.+

Of all my many previous residences, Walkers Mark would have to be at the top of my list. They exude all of the right characteristics to make a successfully complex run smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for the everything - affording pricing, friendly staff, great maintenance, and courteous neighbors! The neighborhood crime watch is an added bonus!
