I cannot say enough about the staff of Mountain Park Ranch. Their customer service skills are excellent, their response to tenant needs outstanding, and their effort to make this community a real home is unparalleled by any property I have rented in the past; which is why this is the second time I am a resident of this community. Luanne does a magnificent job of providing a true home and social environment for the residents, she also does an outstanding job of bringing on staff that fit into the family. Laura is always bright, cheery, and incredibly helpful. She has a true loyalty to her responsibilities and goes out of her way to assure new tenants are comfortable in their choice of this property. As for Larry and Seneca, again, I cannot say enough good things about their service philosophy and follow through. They are truly masters at their craft. Response times are spot on and execution of repairs is complete and without need for revisits. I consider each of these people an important part of my life and feel lucky to have them as friends as well as business partners. Thank you for asking for this opinion.

I have greatly enjoyed my time living at Mountain Park Apartments. The staff always made it easy and comfortable to live at this complex. I look forward to being able to rent with Equity Residential again in the future. Thank you!

All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And, they are very fast with repairs. Even, when they are sick. This is an excellant community property.

I did not receive a welcome phone call, instead I got a visit and a very nice welcome. The staff have been -wonderful- throuhgout everything!!!

Laura from the office was wonderful when I came to look at the properties and also the day that I moved in she stopped by to see if everything was going well. I have had one maintenance issue since I was here and they were here within just a few hours and they were wonderful also.

We have lived here on two different occasions and have enjoyed living here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. It is just time for our family to live in a house and no more apartments. However, having lived in an apt for 18 months, I wouldn't choose any other apt. I love Equity and Mtn. Park Ranch!

I love my apartment but the real difference between living here vs. other apartments I've lived in is the office staff. They are so professional, courteous, caring, and responsive, it's always a pleasure when dealing with them.

Location, Grounds, Price, Office Staff... some of the many reasons why WE chose to live at Mountain Park. We also spoke with several residence who said they highly recommended Mountain Park for the same reasons as above in addition to fantastic maintenance. The last week we found a few other things that need to be fixed. The dishwasher smokes and smells like burnt plastic if you put the 'heat dry' button on, a towel rack is broken and we were surprised by a scorpion after just two weeks...BUT, we LOVE LOVE LOVE it anyway! couldn't be happier
